* Clients must have a B-2/3/4 stamp in their passport upon arrival, client who do not have such a stamp will be charged as per the Israeli law 16% VAT, if the client does not want his passport stamped, he must request the stamp on a piece of paper, and this must be presented to the rental Agent, in order to be exempted from VAT.

* Clients must present Credit cards upon rental,
* No Cash deposit’s, Electronic or Debit cards acceptable.

* Rentals to and from Eilat, minimum 3 consecutive days.
* $ 80 service charge for delivery or collection at Ovda Airport.

* The Customer is liable for the first $ 500 to $ 3500.00, in case of Theft or damages to car or third party +16% VAT.

Itinerary:

Day 1

Departure from Tel Aviv / Jerusalem / Dead Sea.
The tour stops at the following sites:
Nahal Hemar – a stream featuring a cave with archeological finds
from Neolithic times.
Nahal Sadom – a beautiful stream.
Mt. Sadom observation point
(including the biblical story of Sadom and Gomorrah).
Stop for a rest and refreshments.
Continue to the following sites:
the Small Crater – unique geological erosional landform
the Big Crater – including the multicolored sands and
petrified trees
Kibbutz Mashabei Sadeh Country Lodging (or similar) – dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

• Breakfast.
• We will begin the day with a tour of Ovdat – an ancient Nabataean city on the ancient incense route,  and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• Continue to the observation point at the Ramon Crater and visits to the following sites:

Nahal Ramon (one of two streams that drain the spectacular Makhtesh Ramon).
Mt. Gvanim (fossils) and Nahal Gvanim (a stream).
Ein Saharonim (a tiny spring found in the Ramon Crater, with lush vegetation and wildlife) + the Saharonim fort.
Nahal Ardon (a stream with rare volcanic intrusions known as diakes).
• Hospitality and light lunch at a Bedouin tent.
• Visit to Ben Gurion’s memorial (the graves of David Ben Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister, and his wife Paula, with breathtaking views of the Tzin Canyon and Ovdat Highland).
• Ein Akev (desert spring and waterfall).
• Return to Central Israel.

Terms & General Remarks:
1. Guaranteed departure for minimum 2 participants. Booking must be done
at list 10 days in advance.
2. The tour departs every Sunday & Wednesday .

4. The tour can be booked as a private tour for minimum 4 participants at any other day of the week (excluding Friday, Saturday and Jewish Holidays).
5. Pick-up is available from most hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and all Dead Sea hotels.
6. Pick-up and drop-off will be from/to the same hotel. Drop-off at a different location is available at an extra fee – $35 per person.
7. Available for children aged 12 and over. Families with children below the age of 12 have the option to book a private tour.
8. Due to limited space in the jeeps, one overnight bag is permitted per person. Other luggage can be stored in the hotel’s luggage storage room.
9. Please bring the following: bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing (also in the summer, for cool desert nights).
10. Jeep desert tours include driving on off-road tracks and through bumpy terrain. They are therefore not recommended for pregnant woman, and for people with back and/or neck problems.
11. The tour is guided in English only.

The package is based on 3 nights at kibbutz Eilot (3 minutes drive from Eilat), with breakfast  and includes:

1.One day tour to Petra (guaranteed departure every day from 2 passengers).
Pick up from kibbutz Eilot in front of the dining room at approximately 07:00AM.
Cross the Arava border and drive to Petra, through the scenic Jordanian desert, include Wadi Rum. Enter the Rose City of Petra through the Siq (a narrow passage through the mountains) up to the treasury at the end of the gorge. Continue into the heart of the ancient city carved into the mountains, passing on the way hundreds of tombs and monuments and a amazing Amphitheatre which once held 3,000 spectators. After a visit to Petra, a stop for lunch, followed by a visit to Moses Spring before leaving Wadi Moussa (the new town of Petra).
We drive to Aqaba for a short city tour, return to the Arava border and back to Eilot.

Fly & Drive is based on a minimum stay of 7 nights and a maximum of 4 nights at each hotel that should be pre-booked.

Car rental is an optional.

Payment and cancellation policy for Fly & Drive program

1. Payment can be done by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. Electronic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M are not accepted.
2. Your credit card will be charged by us, and the vouchers will be sent by KHC in a booklet to the first hotel booked by the client as part of the Fly & Drive program.
3. Your credit card will be automatically debited in full 10 days before arrival to the Hotel. If you have booked more than one Hotel, it will be charged in full 10 days before your arrival to the first Hotel booked.
4. Cancellation will be valid ONLY after receiving a written confirmation from us.
5. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to the date of charging the credit card.
6. Cancellations made after that date are subject to a penalty equal to the first night cost.
7. For non-show there is a penalty equal to first night cost.
8. No refunds for unused services.
